Terms of Service

Last updated: September 18, 2026

Free open beta

Praxi is currently in a free open beta. There is no charge to use it, and nothing on this page is a contract to keep any feature around forever. We may change, pause, or discontinue beta features at any time — we'll try to do it gracefully, but we make no promises.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. If someone uses your account, we'll treat it as you using it. One account per person, please.

Your content

The designs, notes, and other things you create in Praxi are yours. By using the service you give us permission to store and display them to you as part of the product — nothing more. We don't claim ownership of your work.

Acceptable use

  • Don't abuse the service: no automated scraping, no hammering the API, no trying to break in.
  • Don't do anything illegal or that would harm other people or their systems.
  • Don't misrepresent yourself or pretend to be someone else.

If an account is clearly being used to abuse the service, we may suspend or delete it.

As-is, no warranty

Praxi is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It's a learning tool built by a small team in beta — expect bugs, and don't rely on it for anything where getting it wrong would hurt.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. When the changes matter, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
